Step One: Determine Your Needs
Do you love having lots and lots of screen real estate? Do you want the thinnest lightest thing you can find? Do you require high performance graphics? You can choose from one of our many models that are regularly kept in stock, or you can custom order a completely different model—we can get our hands on just about any Mac that’s been made. If you’re not sure which model will suit you the best, our team members are happy to help you find one to meet your needs.

Step Two: Customize
It can be tricky to decide how much RAM or how much storage is right for you. We are here to help you find that perfect balance of speed, performance and value. Once you’ve chosen and customized your very own Mac, it goes through a rigorous refurbishment process. First, it is thoroughly cleaned inside and out. While it's open, we add any custom parts you’ve ordered. Next, we test each component and give each computer a fresh install of macOS. Lastly, it is packaged and delivered.
